An article about cultural appropriation within the fashion industry. Written as an informative piece to bring attention to the issue, the article also touches on how it manifests itself in the industry, details prominent examples of appropriation seen within products made by leading brands and businesses and outlines start-up companies and small businesses that are attempting to combat the issue. Featuring a mix of my own photography, plus secondary source imagery and research, this piece was created using Photoshop for a collaborative group publication within my university course.
